This Woman…

Apr 30, 2017

Right where she’s supposed to be. When I get to see my friends and loved ones doing what they are meant to do, it brings me tremendous joy. How do I know it’s what they are meant to do? Because they are radiant. Because they shine, but not just to me, to everyone in their orbit.

I usually get to see my friends, students and colleagues in one-on-one situations, talking and animated, practicing yoga, or working, and to me they are each luminescent in the joy of their endeavors. They have such enthusiasm, dedication and focus. They are truly happy, and joyful. It feels like love, for no reason. Just doing, being, loving. It never fails to cross my mind that I wish others could experience the light that I see and feel from them when they are embodying their true nature, expressing their gifts, alive.

So when I get to see my friend doing what she is meant to do, sharing it with more than just me, when I get to RECEIVE her gift of teaching, hear her voice, feel this love, it is incredible.

By the way, this is Jen. She is Zen AF. Jen has an incredible voice, both as a teacher and a musician, and a gift to heal. She is constantly evolving, and this evolution is really a culmination of her love of teaching, music and healing.

If you want to experience something really unique and almost other-worldly, book a sound bath treatment with her or get signed up to hear about when her next Sound Bath Party is scheduled. You will lay in a supported savasana, wrapped in the vibrations of sound from her tibetan singing bowls, and carried aloft by the sound of her voice. It truly is an ethereal experience. You can thank me for the Rebeccamendation*, afterwards.

*(Warning: this experience may straighten or relax curly hair!) ?
